Before you arrive
Check-in and check-out
Check-in from 14:30, once the apartment has been cleaned. Earlier check-in is possible if there were no guests the night before: just ask.
Check-out by 11:00. Late check-out until 15:00 on request, for an extra charge and subject to availability.
Prices
From €23 per person per night. Rates vary by season, length of stay and number of guests.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
House rules
Pets welcome (a supplement may apply). No parties, stag or hen groups: this is a residential building and quiet must be respected. No smoking anywhere in the apartment.
Is there parking?
Yes. We have a private garage space in the same building for €10/night on weekdays and €15/night on weekends and public holidays (vehicles up to 4.65 m long; ask about availability when booking). Street parking is paid blue zone (9:00–13:30 and 16:30–20:00; free on Sundays and holidays). About 100 m away, on Avenida de España, there is a guarded underground car park for about €22/day.
How do arrival and keys work?
We welcome you in person. Let us know your approximate arrival time and call us on +34 667 460 479 one hour before you arrive so we are there to meet you. When you leave, place the keys on the small glass dish on the entrance table.
What is included?
One shower towel per guest and a hand towel in each bathroom, a hair dryer in each bathroom, shower gel and shampoo, WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen. The coffee machine uses Nespresso-type capsules (bring your favourites).
How many bedrooms are opened?
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, opened according to the number of guests: up to 2 guests, 1 bedroom; 3 to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms; 5 to 6 guests, all 3. Please make sure you book for the right number of guests.
Are parties allowed?
No. The apartment is in a residential building and neighbours’ rest must be respected. Parties, stag or hen groups and noisy activities are not allowed, and guests who break these rules may be asked to leave.
